About Coca Cola International Leadership Trainee
The Coca-Cola HBC Senior Leaders provide assistance and guidance to the Coca-Cola International Leadership Trainee Program, which is an effort that combines a practical, hands-on approach with the development of top-notch formal learning.

What You’ll Do / What You Gain
- Real-world experience in business and the market. From selling things in the field to planning and running commercial ventures across the country.
- Assignments that include people from different departments and countries. You may have to move for some jobs or projects, and you may have to work in other areas like finance, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, and so on.
- Training and getting a certificate. Both in-house functional training and academic or certificate programs through partner schools.
- Coaching or mentoring. Help from higher-ups and peers, as well as feedback loops.
- Growing as a leader. At the end of the program, you’ll be ready to take on managerial or leadership roles and deal with strategic problems.
Who Can Apply / Eligibility Criteria
For candidates to be eligible for consideration for the Coca Cola Leadership Program, they will have to satisfy the following requirements:
- Have a university degree or be able to commit to the program full-time while studying Showcase your first leadership experience (whether it is in a job, student association, non-governmental organization, sports team, business, or something else)
- Show an interest in developing as a leader in either the commercial or supply chain industries and make a difference in business sectors that are relevant to you.
- Have established professional and leadership goals by participation in workshops, seminars, and extra training
- Have a strong command of the English language
- Have formal job experience of up to three years after graduation
- If it becomes necessary, you should be prepared to move to another country.
- It is an additional benefit to take part in extracurricular activities or to volunteer.
- In addition, candidates who have resided in more than one nation have a competitive edge over other candidates.
