Eligibility Criteria for NJFP Programme

  • A Nigerian citizen
  • Fresh graduates (bachelor’s degree or HND Certificate) in any discipline who graduated no earlier than 2022.
  • Graduated with a second-class lower (2.2) for a bachelor’s degree or an upper credit (> 3.00) for an HND certificate.
  • 30 years or younger.
  • Not presently employed.
  • Completed the obligatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) OR receive a certificate of exemption from NYSC.
  • Show interest/commitment in your chosen job choice.
  • Show interest/commitment to contributing to Nigeria’s socioeconomic growth.
  • Excellent time management and professional demeanour.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. 

Documentation Required 

  • Required documents include a notarised degree certificate, NYSC certificate, and curriculum vitae (CV).
  • National Identification Number (NIN) Slip and Bank Verification Number (BVN).  
  • What to Expect (Application and Assessment) 
  • An Application Form (available on the website)
  • A Computer-based Aptitude Test
  • A psychometric test
  • Submit a video response to the question “What Makes YOU THE Ideal NJFP Fellow?” – IMPORTANT!  Video submissions lasting more than 60 seconds and more than 10mb will be dismissed. 

Technical requirements  

Device Requirements 

  • Fellows need access to at least one of the following devices:
  • Smartphone (recommended, as more than 80% of Nigerian graduates use mobile):
  • OS: iOS 12 or Android 8.0+.
  • RAM: Minimum of 2GB (4GB suggested).
  • Storage: A minimum of 500MB free space (for cached data and downloads).
  • Screen: Minimum 5-inch monitor with 720p resolution. 

Laptop / Desktop (optional, for expert users): 

  • Processor: Intel i3 (or similar) and up
  • RAM: 4GB minimum Storage: 10GB of free space
  • Operating Systems: Windows 10+, macOS 10.14+, and Linux Ubuntu 18.04+ 

Browser requirements 

  •      Browsers supported include Google Chrome (v90 or higher).
  •      Mozilla Firefox (v85+)
  •      Microsoft Edge (version 90+)
  •      Safari (version 13+ on iOS/macOS)
  •      Opera Mini (latest version, with less features for low-data use) 

 Network requirements 

  •      Network types supported include 3G and 4G LTE (primary).
  •      2G (basic functions only, such as text notifications)
  •      5G (completely supported, wherever accessible)
  •      Wi-Fi (institutional or personal hotspot) 

Security and access requirements 

  •      Two-factor authentication is recommended (SMS/email/Authenticator app).
  •      The device’s security patches must be up to date.
  •      Fellows using communal devices (e.g., cybercafés) must log out after use. 

 Accessibility and Usability 

  •      Must be mobile-first (since the majority of people use smartphones).
  •      The portal will adapt to low-resolution devices.

Benefits of Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Program 2025

  • Fellows are provided with a monthly stipend of ₦150,000 for a period of twelve months.
  • Additionally, hands-on experience will be provided to fellows at renowned organisations across the country.
  • In addition, the program provides opportunities for professional development, economic inclusion, and national development through the use of structured workplace learning.
