Eligibility Criteria for Aradel Graduate Trainee Program
- Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from a respectable university with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1), or an HND with Upper Credit, in one of the following disciplines:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil, Process, Chemical, Structural, Geology, Computer Science, and other STEM disciplines)
- Law, Humanities, Social, and Management Sciences
- Requirements: Completion of NYSC with a valid certificate or exemption letter, and no more than 3 years of post-graduation experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both vocal and written
- Working understanding of Microsoft Office tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
