About Energia Limited
Energia Limited serves as the Joint Venture Operator of the Ebendo/Obodeti Marginal Field (formerly known as the Obodougwa/Obodeti Marginal Field), situated in Ebendo near Kwale, Ndokwa West Local Government Area, Delta State.
The operation is conducted in partnership with Oando Production and Development Company (OPDC), with a 55% interest held by Energia Limited and a 45% interest by its joint venture partner, Oando.
As the Operator, it achieved first oil from the Ebendo field in 2009 with an initial production capacity of 1,800 barrels of oil per day (bopd) and subsequently enhanced its development by drilling four additional wells, increasing the current production capacity to 5,000 bopd.

The Energia Graduate Trainee Programme is a transformative development path that is designed to empower exceptional young Nigerians with the knowledge, experience, and mindset that is necessary to excel in the dynamic oil and gas business.
As a Graduate trainee, individuals will have the opportunity to obtain practical experience in a variety of essential technical and business activities, collaborate with seasoned experts, and receive mentorship that will accelerate their advancement.

Requirements
- Applicants must be Nigerians with degrees in any of the following fields: civil, electrical, petroleum, mechanical, chemical, process, computer, metallurgical and materials engineering, geoscience, business, and finance.
- The minimum academic qualification is Second Class Upper (2:1) or Second-Class Lower (with a Master’s distinction).
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) plan by 2023 or later.
- Must be self-motivated, energetic, and possess excellent leadership, teamwork, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
