Job Description

The 24-month Technical & Engineering Apprenticeship Program gives you hands-on experience and industry-recognized qualifications. You’ll learn useful skills while taking on real responsibilities, which will help you shape your future career with Schneider Electric.

Programme Requirements:

  • You must have a Bachelor’s Degree or a Higher National Diploma in Electrical or Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • You must have graduated in 2025 or be about to graduate in the next six months.
  • You need to have a 1st Class Honours (GPA 3.90–4.00) or a 2nd Class 2nd Division (GPA 3.70–3.89) academic classification.
  • Experience with internships or industrial attachments that are relevant, such as working in engineering settings, especially in field service, maintenance, or technical support.
  • Having technical certification or training in areas like electrical safety, PLC programming, AutoCAD or Solidworks, renewable energy systems, or IoT or smart systems will be a big plus.
