What Is the TSDP Placement?
The TSDP is a non-residential vocational training program that spans 18 months and is intended to provide OND graduates with practical skills in the following areas:
Maintenance Procedures: Welding and Fabrication, Instrumentation and Automation, Mechanical, and Electrical.
Cement Manufacturing Processes: Production, Process, and Quality Control.
Upon completion, successful participants are awarded a Lafarge internal certificate, a token honorarium, hands-on sessions, and tuition-free training.
About TSDP Placement 2025 Recruitment at Lafarge Africa Plc
Lafarge Africa Plc is seeking appropriately prepared individuals who hold an Ordinary National Diploma to be considered for admission into a multi-skilled vocational training program that will last for eighteen months and encompass the following technical disciplines:
The maintenance processes include mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation technology, as well as welding and fabrication technology.
The processes involved in the manufacturing of cement, including production, process, and quality.
The purpose of the program is to provide successful candidates with the training and tools necessary to become self-employed or employable in the occupational fields that have been described above.
The program is a technical intense training program that lasts for 18 months and provides successful candidates with tuition-free lectures, demanding hands-on sessions, and a token allowance to offset the costs that they have to pay out of pocket.
At the conclusion of the program, candidates will be presented with the Lafarge Internal Certificate.
Eligibility criteria
To qualify for the 2025 TSDP, candidates must satisfy the following requirements:
- Completion of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution .
- Minimum of 5 O’Level credits to include English Language, Mathematics. Physics, Chemistry and any other subject (in no more than 2 sittings).
