Job Description

Ora Lagos is in search of a Social Media Manager who is both highly competent and creative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, engaging our audience, and establishing our brand as a leader in the hospitality industry.
In order to guarantee that our digital presence accurately represents the Ora experience, this position necessitates a harmonious blend of professionalism, consistency, and creativity.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Create and distribute seven feed posts and seven to fourteen story posts on Instagram and TikTok on a weekly basis.
Ensure that all content is consistent in terms of brand voice, manner, and tone.
Maintain an archive of 7–10 pre-approved posts that are prepared for deployment at all times.
Perform two site visits per week to capture real-time content and provide live updates.
Collaborate with the internal team to identify trending opportunities and capitalize on brand moments.
Organize and execute four professional photoshoots each month, which are funded by the company.
Employ the in-house camera and equipment to produce high-quality visuals.
Guarantee that the media output is consistent with the brand’s aesthetics and the highest standards of quality.

Community Involvement:

In a professional and timely manner, monitor and respond to comments and direct messages.
Redirect customer inquiries to the business WhatsApp line for further action.
Prepare weekly content calendars aligned with business goals.
Monitor performance metrics and offer regular insights to inform future strategies.

Summary of Deliverables:

7–14 story entries are published on a weekly basis
2 site visits weekly
4 professional photoshoots monthly
Engagement with the community (comments and direct messages)
A minimum of 7–10 pre-approved posts, in addition to a weekly content calendar.

Requirements for Social Media Manager

Interested candidates should possess an FSLC with 2-31 years of experience.
Proven experience managing Instagram & TikTok accounts for brands.
Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in video editing, photography, and professional camera use.
Creative eye with attention to detail and brand alignment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Consistency in delivery and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary

Salary N350,000 monthly.
