Responsibilities of Banking Sales Agent
- Meeting and/or exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Acquisition of new consumers include generating leads for the digital product through networking, cold calling, and selling the company’s products via market storms, digital channels, and so on.
- Â Providing customers with detailed information about the product, its features, and benefits.
- Creating client awareness of the Company’s products
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering customers’ inquiries regarding the Company’s products and services.
- Managing schedules, keeping track of leads and sales, and reporting to your supervisor.Â
- To encourage repeat sales, listen to your consumers’ wants and opinions.
- Keep current with all product information.
Requirements for Banking Sales Agent
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing or a comparable discipline
- Two or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition in a finance or credit business
- Effective communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Customer-focused, having the ability to establish and sustain relationships.
- An energetic, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
- A fundamental understanding of financial services is preferred.
