About the Technical & Technical Support Graduate Trainee Programme
We at Dangote Cement Plc would like to provide to you the chance to participate in our 2025 Graduate Trainee Technical Engineers Knowledge Transfer Programme. During your participation in this program, you will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and develop your skills in a global business setting while simultaneously contributing to the expansion of our firm.
You will be given the opportunity to obtain practical experience and learn from our highly qualified specialists throughout the course of the 18-month program.
You will be exposed to a variety of places and cement plants across the world. The cement manufacturing business is one in which you will have the opportunity to grow your talents, broaden your knowledge, and make a significant difference.
Responsibilities:
- Availability to learn and retain knowledge.
- Job shadowing and cross training
- Research, Data Analysis, and Report Writing.
Requirements for the Programme
- Technical: First Degree/Higher Diploma in Chemical, Production, and Mining Engineering; Geological Sciences, Laboratory Sciences, and Bio-Chemistry. Â
- Technical Support: First Degree/Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Power Engineering disciplines.
- A minimum of a second-class lower/HND upper credit.
- Must have graduated between 2022 and 2024.
- Must have passed NYSC by October 2025.
- By October 31, 2025, you should not be older than 28 years.
- Effective collaboration with diverse teams requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Â Ability to think critically, analyze data, and develop novel solutions.
- Â Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a changing work environment.
