Job Summary
By supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features, the Mid Level Business Analyst should serve as the critical link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define the configuration, specifications, business analysis requirements, reporting, and alerting requirements.
- Report on the most prevalent sources of technical issues or inquiries and provide the product team with recommendations.
- Share critical insights and discoveries with the product team.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance monitoring, identify issues, and provide customers with superior value.
- Examine the viability of the proposed solution from a business aspect.
- Evaluate the solution’s influence on a variety of stakeholders.
- Guarantee that the solution development team comprehends both the issue and the proposed solution.
- Execute quality assurance.
- Conduct an impact analysis and oversee modifications to business requirements.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum of two to four years of experience in Quality Assurance or Business / Systems Analysis.
- A degree in computer science or information technology.
- Proven experience in the elicitation of requirements and the execution of tests.
- Experience in the application of data visualization techniques and tools to derive business-relevant conclusions, as well as in the analysis of data.
- Proven expertise in the development of SQL queries.
- Fundamental expertise in the creation of process documentation.
- Proven experience as a system analyst.
- Practical experience in the development of software and the documentation of it.
- It is necessary to be available to perform 100% on-site.
