Job Description
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will help the Housekeeping Department by making sure the whole hotel is clean and in good shape. To be more specific, a Housekeeping Supervisor will do the following jobs to the highest standards:
Responsibilities of Housekeeping Supervisor
- Allocate job duties to team members.
- Conduct routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks on all occupied rooms.
- Report and follow up on any maintenance deficiencies or other issues.
- Regularly inspect service areas, storerooms, and corridors.
- Schedule and monitor deep cleaning and other projects.
- Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance meets the standards required.
- Effectively manage stock control and equipment maintenance.
- Provide exceptional guest service, including VIP and other special requirements.
- Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.
