Job Description
You, as a driver for safety and security, will be responsible for providing transportation services to guests, VIPs, and visitors on demand, ensuring that safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service are always incorporated in the service you give.
Responsibilities of Driver (Spy Police)
As a safety and security driver, you will provide transportation to guests, VIPs, and visits as needed, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service. A safety and security driver adds to our guests’ first impressions, hence the following tasks must be performed to the highest standards:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with their luggage.
- Maintain consistent touch with regular guests and visitors.
- Provide driving services to guests, VIPs, and team members as needed.
- Maintain clean and safe hotel vehicles.
- Stay informed about all hotel amenities, VIP requirements, and unique events.
- Assist the security team in monitoring the hotel grounds and supporting emergency response protocols.
- Assist the security staff with guest protection, patrol tasks, and incident response.
- Keep correct vehicle logbooks, mileage, and fuel records.
- Demonstrate current knowledge of nearby external destinations, attractions, and landmarks.
- Follow all hotel security, fire rules, and health and safety standards.
- Present a professional image with a focus on hospitality and guest service.
What are we searching for?
Safety & Security Drivers serving Hilton brands are constantly working on behalf of our guests and collaborating with other team members. To be effective in this role, you should maintain the following attitudes, behaviors, abilities, and values:
- Requirements for this position include a minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure, or retail sectors, and being a spy police officer.Â
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
- Calm, courteous, and discreet.
- Â A clean driver’s license/record.
- Â It would be good in this job for you to exhibit the following competencies and distinctions:
