Job Responsibilities:
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION: Create successful recruitment tactics for competent people in the manufacturing industry. This entails overseeing the entire employment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for positions throughout the plant.
DAY TO DAY: ➢ Candidate Sourcing: Post job positions on platforms, network for relevant individuals, and establish talent pipelines. Assist the talent acquisition team by handling all administrative chores throughout the recruitment process.
➢ Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, do initial phone screenings, negotiate, and coordinate interviews and evaluations.
➢ Administrative support includes updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), documenting applicant interactions, and managing recruitment-related documentation.
➢ Candidate Experience: Be the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a great experience.
➢ Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure seamless logistics. Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person, and keep candidates updated on their application process.
➢ Help recruiting managers and senior recruiters by creating interview materials and providing feedback.
➢ Provide onboarding support for new hires by producing documents and communicating with the HR team.
➢ Reporting and Data Management: Monitor recruitment metrics, provide reports, and ensure accurate data entry in ATS.
➢ Attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
