About the Digital Skill Empowerment Programme (DiSEP)
Stanbic IBTC, which is a part of the Standard Bank Group, is delighted to announce the introduction of the Digital Skills Empowerment Programme (DiSEP). This program is a specialized initiative that aims to provide Nigerian youth with the digital skills that are currently in high demand so that they can succeed in the ever-changing labor market of today.
The Digital Skills Empowerment Programme (DiSEP) is intended to assist in the identification and attraction of unique digitally savvy candidates, as well as to train, develop, and position them to support Stanbic IBTC Group’s digital transformation journey and to help bridge the gap of digital talent scarcity in the employment market.
It is an intensive program and a one-of-a-kind opportunity for young people who are resourceful and passionate about learning the skills needed to advance in their careers.
DiSEP is a program that was created to encourage digital innovation, improve participants’ employability, and promote economic growth by providing those who take part with the resources and information they need in order to prosper in the digital economy.
Preferred Qualification and Career Interests
- Applicants should be interested in pursuing a career in the technical domains of Kubernetes, NET Core, C#, Software Testing & Automation, DevOps, and Java.
- A second-class lower degree in an information technology or engineering-related course from an authorized university.
- A minimum of five credits (including Mathematics and English) in GCE, NECO, or its equivalent.
- Applicants must have completed NYSC and have a discharge certificate on hand.
- The applicant’s date of birth, gender, and class of degree must be properly mentioned.
- The applicant must not be more than 28 years old as of the time of application.
