About the Business Undergraduate Intern Summer 2026
The Business Undergraduate Internship Program is a paid summer internship for undergraduate college students who want to work in non-technical roles at Google.
Business undergraduate interns are assigned to teams within the organisation in sectors such as sales, marketing, finance, and program management. Their work is fundamental to Google and ranges in scope and length, from the day-to-day core job of a full-time Googler to a single long-term project that lasts the entirety of the internship.
Business Undergraduate interns receive focused training and experiences, as well as access to Google’s learning and development initiatives and support systems.
This includes one-on-one mentoring, a unique speaker series including company executives, customised learning and development workshops, and opportunities to build community.

Responsibilities
- Google Interns are given a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to provide a meaningful contribution to their teams. Responsibilities are assigned to interns at the start of the program.
Minimum qualifications:
- currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the United States and available to do a full-time, continuous 12-week internship between May and September 2026 (specific dates to be determined later).
- In the penultimate academic year or returning to a bachelor’s degree program after completing an internship.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as the capacity to handle a confusing situation.
- Excellent analytical skills and an interest in solving business problems.
- Interest in the technology sector and Google’s operations.
Timeline
