About The SAP Young Professionals Program
The Digital Skills Centre of SAP provides the SAP Young Professionals Program absolutely free of charge. The program, which spans two months, is intended to equip recent graduates with the necessary certifications and interpersonal skills to commence a career as a SAP Associate Consultant.
SAP will collaborate closely with the program graduates to provide them with a variety of opportunities to work as a SAP Consultant with SAP customers and partners at the conclusion of the training.
SAP Consultants
There are two distinct functions that a SAP Consultant can perform: Functional and Technical.
The consultant will provide business process, functional, and project guidance to our clients to ensure that their investment in SAP software and consulting services will result in the most efficient operation of their business. Additionally, the consultant will contribute to the blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimisation, and upgrade phase of a S/4 HANA project.
The Consultant is also accountable for the growth and development of referenceable customers through their investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transmission, and relationship-building efforts, in addition to the maintenance of a high level of customer satisfaction in each of their accounts.

Requirements
- Candidates must possess the legal right to work in Nigeria.
- Candidates must be currently unemployed or engaged in a part-time/non-permanent role unrelated to career goals;
- Candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree in an area relating to business administration, management information systems, engineering, data science, or artificial intelligence.
- Candidates should have graduated within the last three years with a GPA in the top quartile; verification of this may be required.
- Candidates must have a great interest in starting a SAP-related profession that includes travel.
- Candidates must be proficient in English, both written and spoken;
- The program will begin at the end of October 2025, and full-time availability from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday for the training term is necessary. The Program will last for two months.
- This training will take place online, in a virtual live classroom setting. Please make sure you have a good enough internet connection at home to participate in this program.
