Requirements For Graduate Trainee
- A minimum of 5 O’Level (WASSCE) credits in one sitting, with a focus on Mathematics, English Language, Physics, and Chemistry, as well as any of Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, or Biology.
- BSc/BEng/BTech with First Class Honours in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- A lively individual who demonstrates strong skill, originality, courage, humility, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- expertise is not essential, although having some hands-on expertise with software development, product management, and/or product quality assurance projects may be beneficial.
- Knowledge of current Fintech sector developments and products will provide a significant advantage.
- Meticulousness and attention to detail are combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
