Eligibility Criteria for Multipro Graduate Trainee Program

The applicants must:

Be a Nigerian graduate who is enthusiastic about pursuing a career in Learning and Capability Development.
Be recent graduates in human resources management, business administration, or a comparable field.
Age limit: 27 years old by July 1, 2026.
Hold a bachelor’s degree from a respectable university with a grade point average of 2.1.
Have completed the obligatory NYSC program.
Have excellent analytical and communication skills.
Must be technologically proficient.
