What the Graduate Trainee Role Entails
Key Responsibilities
- Participating in on-the-job training and gathering as much information about the company as feasible.
- Engaging in team-building activities, seminars, and meetings.
- Supporting the Manager or Supervisor by conducting research and providing assistance whenever feasible.
- Conducting fieldwork or visiting various work sites as necessary.
- Maintaining the company’s reputation in a positive light at all times.
- Submitting a test or other form of evaluation at the conclusion of the graduate program.
- Recording experiences and maintaining a record of the knowledge acquired.
- Creating reports and delivering presentations to other employees.
- Examining current systems and proposing novel concepts for enhancement.
- Establishing enduring professional relationships with employees and introducing a positive energy to the organisation.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 – 3 years experience.
Salary
N120,000 – N200,000 monthly.
