Key responsibilities of Bank Teller
- Taking care of cash deposits, cash withdrawals, and other transactions involving teller lines.
- Customers are provided with great service while at the same time compliance with banking standards is maintained.
- Performing checks on the information provided by customers and ensuring that transactions are accurate.
- Handling cash and maintaining teller cash drawers.
Qualification/Requirements
- Both attention to detail and precision in numerical calculations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
- It would be beneficial to have previous experience working as a cashier or as a bank teller.
- An OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline is required for this position.
