Job Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell items and services to both present and potential customers by making use of compelling arguments.
- It is necessary to conduct cost-benefit analyses and needs assessments of both current and prospective clients in order to fulfil their requirements.
- Create, cultivate, and sustain positive relationships with both your company and your customers.
- Cold calling by reaching out to potential customers.
- Ensure that client issues and concerns are resolved as quickly as possible in order to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Attain the predetermined sales goals and results within the allotted time frame.
- It is important to coordinate the sales effort with other departments and members of the team.
- Conduct an analysis of the potential of the region or market, monitor sales, and generate status reports.
- The management of supplies, including information on customer requirements, issues, and interests, as well as reports on competitive activity and the potential for new products and services.
- Make sure you are up to date on the latest promotional trends and best practices.
- Constantly strive to improve by receiving comments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a field that is closely connected to either of these.
- A minimum of one to seven years of experience working as a Sales Representative
- Outstanding familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated history of success in sales
- Superior abilities in the areas of sales, negotiation, and communication
- Skills in prioritisation, time management, and organisation are essential.
- Capability to produce and deliver presentations that are adapted to the requirements of the audience
- The ability to manage relationships and be receptive to feedback.
