Role Overview
Are you a highly analytical, problem-solving individual who values facts, logic, and efficiency? We are searching for bright, early-career people to join our team as analysts.
This position is intended for those who desire to begin their careers by applying rigorous analytical skills directly to real-world business difficulties.
The Program
This intensive one-year program provides cross-functional experience on high-impact teams such as Operations, Q-Commerce, Partners & Brands, Finance & Strategy, and Brand Marketing Services. Based on individual performance, successful completion may result in full-time employment with Glovo.
Responsibilities
- Data analysis is collecting, cleaning, and analysing massive, complicated databases in order to obtain actionable insights.
- Problem solving entails identifying business challenges and creating data-driven solutions or suggestions.
- Modelling is the process of creating quantitative models (such as forecasting, optimisation, and statistical analysis) to simulate events and anticipate outcomes.
- Reporting entails transforming complex analysis into clear, succinct presentations and reports for executives and cross-functional teams.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team leaders to execute improvements based on your analytical results.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with 0-3 years of experience after graduation
- A Proven Analytical Mindset: You appreciate deconstructing complex problems, applying reasoning, and working with numbers.
- Proficiency in Analysis Tools: SQL abilities are required; basic programming languages (such as Python or R) for data manipulation are preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Being meticulous and committed to accuracy in your work.
- Clear communication is the capacity to explain technical concepts and data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Proactivity and Curiosity: A great willingness to learn, ask questions, and take responsibility for analytical initiatives.
