Your entry point to that voyage is our Entry Level Training Program (ELTP).
This learning experience is of the highest quality and is specifically designed to provide you with the necessary skills, exposure, and perspective to succeed in the ever-changing financial landscape of the present day.
The School of Banking Excellence (SBE) is the starting point of your voyage. High-caliber graduates are challenged, inspired, and prepared to make an impact from the moment they arrive at the SBE, an immersive training ground.
Requirements
Program Tracks
- ELTP Grad. For high-potential graduates eager to shape the future of banking. Applicants must have at least a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) degree in any discipline from an approved university.
- ELTP retail. For professionals who are passionate about developing relationships and creating customer success through great customer service and branch operations.
- Applicants must have at least a Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) degree in any discipline from an approved university.
- ELTP Technology. For innovators and problem solvers who want to lead our digital transformation. Applicants must have at least a Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) degree in any discipline from an approved university.
General requirement
- Must live in or be eligible to work in Nigeria.
- Must have completed the NYSC.
- Access to a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Applicants must apply for just one ELTP track; submitting numerous applications will result in disqualification.
