Overview of the Position
We are seeking to appoint an Area Sales Supervisor responsible for overseeing phone sales and managing a network of commission-based agents in Benin and the adjacent regions. The ideal candidate will recruit, train, and support agents, guaranteeing robust sales, satisfactory repayment performance, and comprehensive market coverage.
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruit, enrol, and train sales representatives.
- Meet or exceed monthly phone sales and productivity objectives.
- Supervise agent performance and ensure adherence to sales and branding standards.
- Enhance repayment performance and reduce instances of default or repossession.
- Offer continuous on-site support and engagement to agents.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
- A minimum of three years of sales experience in mobile phone sales, FMCG, or a comparable industry.
- Robust leadership, effective communication, and proficient relationship-building abilities.
- Strong understanding of Benin and surrounding markets (urban and rural).
- Fundamental digital literacy skills (CRM systems, Excel, inventory management tools).
- Readiness to travel and engage in fieldwork.
