What are the Sourcing Intern 2026 Opportunities?

The Baker Hughes Internship is meant to provide students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree, as well as recent graduates, with hands-on job experience that will serve as the foundation for their professional lives.  

The internships will provide you with firsthand knowledge of the processes, systems, and procedures that are designed to meet client needs through faultless execution and the use of cutting-edge technology.

You will attend specialised training and team meetings, work on projects, and present your findings.  

Throughout your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager, who will guarantee that you gain important experience.  You can expect to be coached and mentored to complete tasks and projects that will help you expand your knowledge and skills.

You will also learn about Baker Hughes’ Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies and culture, as well as our strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

 As an intern, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Completing internal projects to achieve customer results and find business improvements
  • Learning internal software to help complete projects and activities.
  • Working with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business executives.
  •  Implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all scenarios to ensure compliance

Requirements

 To succeed in this role, you must:

  •  Be currently enrolled or have just graduated from a Bachelor’s or Masters’ level program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or another STEM-related or business-related field.
  •  Maintain a GPA grade more than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0, or the equivalent in your nation.
  • Be competent in spoken and written English, and have good communication abilities.
  • Be able to legally work in the country that you’re applying in, without employer sponsorship or time constraints.
