Job Description

To proactively promote a relationship-based offering by serving as a dedicated and primary point of contact for customers in the branch, providing banking solutions that align with the value proposition of each personal banking segment and meet the customer’s requirements.
To offer a portfolio of branch-based customers in a variety of segments a personal banking service and support that is both efficient and effective.
To accomplish expansion, cost management, and customer retention objectives by employing a proactive call plan and active cross-selling.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Perform a requirements analysis with all new and existing customers to guarantee that the product opportunities identified are suitable for the customer’s needs and priorities.
Identify cross-sell opportunities within your own portfolio of consumers in order to optimize life cycle opportunities.
Manage the portfolio in a proactive manner to optimise revenue for the Bank (including fees, margins, and sales), minimise costs and risks, and maintain and solidify the customer relationship.
For the purpose of retaining customers and obtaining word-of-mouth referrals, it is essential to establish, develop, and strengthen relationships with them, based on mutual respect.
Ensure that customers are properly informed about the lending application process (e.g., vehicle finance, home loans, overdraft, credit card, personal loans), credit maintenance processes (e.g., annual reviews), and account conduct expectations (e.g., minimum account balances, provision for debit orders, and cheque payments).

Qualifications

University Degree

Experience Required

At least 3 years’ experience banking experience with a strong background in relationship management.
