Experience a preview of our Graduate Programmes through this engaging internship.
It may only span the summer, but you will accomplish much within that time. Assume a position of responsibility within a placement in one of our Head Office departments.
You will undertake projects, routine duties, and activities that significantly impact our business—all while collaborating with experienced colleagues who will provide guidance and support.
It provides an authentic experience of working within a corporate setting.

We are looking for at least a predicted 2:2 degree, or equivalent in any discipline.
You must be returning to university after your 10-week Summer Internship.

Visa Sponsorship
Applicants must demonstrate that they will be able to work in the UK for the duration of the Summer Internship term. Please keep in mind that upon completion of the placement plan, graduates will be eligible to apply for the position of Future Leader Graduate. Please be aware that the qualified post of Future Leader Graduate is not currently eligible for sponsorship.
Timelines for the recruitment process
- Initial applications are accepted from November 3rd until November 19th.
- If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to participate in a video interview in November.
- If your video interview goes well, you’ll be asked to a face-to-face Assessment Centre in December.
- If you do not submit your application by the deadline at any point during the process, it will be immediately removed.
