DEALER SUPERVISOR.

  • The Dealer Supervisor will oversee and expand the dealer network within a specific zone.
  • Ensure dealer performance aligns with the company’s sales targets and brand requirements.

 Key responsibilities 

  •  identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new dealers.
  •  Compare dealer performance to sales targets and KPIs.
  •  Develop and implement dealer sales strategy to increase product penetration.
  •  Train and support dealers in product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities.
  •  Conduct regular market visits to evaluate dealer operations, branding, and compliance.
  •  Maintain good commercial ties by immediately resolving dealer-related issues.
  •  Analyse sales data to discover potential growth areas and areas of concern.
  •  Create and submit periodic reports on dealer performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  •  Enforce compliance with firm policies, pricing structures, and ethical norms.
  •  Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
  •  Dealer Recruitment and Retention Rate
  •  Dealers achieve their sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  •  Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  •  Good understanding of distribution networks and dealer operations.
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

  •  Problem-solving skills.
  •  Market Analysis and Reporting

 The work environment includes both field and office-based tasks.
