About the Coca-Cola HBC Technical Trainee Program

The Technical Trainee Program is an organized training program designed to prepare recent engineering graduates to become technical leaders at Coca-Cola HBC in the future.

Participants receive in-depth, practical instruction in important areas of plant management, maintenance, and manufacturing throughout all of Coca-Cola HBC’s Nigerian sites.

The Technical Trainee Program is a non-residential training that runs for 18 months and is divided into two phases:

First 12 months (this phase will take place in Lagos): You will undergo both classroom and hands-on training in the following areas: Basic Bottling Process, Industrial Mechatronics, Automation and Process Control Engineering, Machine Shop Operation, General Fittings and Welding, Utility Maintenance and Operations and Quality Assurance/Quality Control

Final 6 months: You will be assigned to one of our eight production plants across Nigeria for on-the-job training, where you’ll gain practical experience in real production environments.

 Main Goals:

  • Develop your fundamental technical skills in industrial operations.
  • Encourage innovation, leadership, and operational excellence.
  • Provide a route for aspiring engineers to advance into full-time technical positions inside the organization.

Requirements 

To qualify for the Coca-Cola Technical Trainee Program, you must:

  •      Be a Nigerian 
  •      Have at least an OND in engineering.
  •      Be interested in starting your career with Coca-Cola.
  •      Prepare to commit 18 months to the program.
