During your time as a graduate trainee in our Support Services Functions, you will be given the opportunity to improve your abilities and develop valuable hands-on experience in a variety of fields within our business.
What You Will Do:
- As part of this exciting and interactive programme, you will:
- Accompany experienced individuals from diverse Support Services areas, including Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Procurement, and Information Technology.
- Participate in training courses, workshops, and team-building events aimed at improving your skills and competence.
- Contribute to our support operations by working on important projects and assignments that improve operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to better understand how different departments work together.
- Use your creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and streamline operations.
- Make significant professional connections with colleagues and mentors who can help you flourish.
- We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals that want to make a difference. This program is designed for people who are ambitious, driven, and eager to take on new challenges.
Requirements for the Program
- A degree or diploma in the social sciences, humanities, business administration, law, or information technology.
- A minimum of Second-Class Lower or HND Upper Credit.
- The applicants must have graduated between 2022 and 2024.
- NYSC completion is necessary by October 2025.
- Candidates should be no older than 28 on October 31, 2025.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for working with varied teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is essential.
- A talent for critical thinking, data analysis, and offering innovative ideas.
- An eagerness to learn, adapt, and prosper in a fast-paced working environment.
- A great enthusiasm for excellence and a dedication to continuous progress.
