Our Graduate Trainee Program is meant to find, train, and prepare young, brilliant professionals for a successful career in real estate practice by giving them the skills, knowledge, and experience they need.
The program includes structured training, job rotations in important business areas and functions, and special project assignments that help our values sink in, our industry basics be learnt, and the technical and soft skills needed to provide great service and do well in their careers be developed.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants that match the basic qualifications listed below are encouraged to apply.
- Hold a minimum second-class degree from an approved university.
- No more than 27 years old at the time of application.
- Must have finished the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Have no more than 2 years of post-NYSC employment experience.
- Show good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Be proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office Suites (word, excel, PowerPoint), shared work platforms, and other related software.
- Capable of providing proof of extracurricular, volunteer, and other community-building activities
