Entry Level Development Programme (ELDP) Overview
The Entry Level Development Programme (ELDP) is a recruitment effort that aims to attract young persons who are talented, dynamic, and eager to learn in order to satisfy the increasing demand for manpower across the bank.
Participating in the Employee Leadership Development Program (ELDP) allows you to become a part of a pool of future leaders who will propel the bank to the next level.
Requirements for the ELDP Programme
- Minimum grade point average of 2,5 (or lower) from a reputed university.
- Candidates are required to have finished their National Youth Service Corps.
- An absolute minimum of five (5) credits, with English and Mathematics being included.
