Through the provision of complete access to higher education at no cost whatsoever, this project, which has the potential to change lives, seeks to provide support to outstanding and deserving young women from public secondary schools all over Nigeria, with a special focus on those who live in rural communities.

The Female Scholars Foundation (FSF) is a non-profit organization committed to enhancing the lives of adolescent girls in rural regions by facilitating their access to higher education.
We provide extensive support, encompassing financing for higher education, advice, and mentorship, to enable these young females to effectively assimilate into contemporary society and attain esteemed professional positions worldwide.
At FSF, we assert that education is a potent instrument for transformation. Our objective is to dismantle the obstacles of poverty and gender inequity by empowering young girls to realize their academic and professional aspirations.
We aim to provide our scholars with the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to excel in the competitive global employment market.
About the Scholarship Program
The FSF University Scholarship is part of our broader mission to bridge the gender gap in education and empower the next generation of female leaders. Each year, FSF identifies high-potential girls and provides them with financial, academic, and mentorship support to thrive in university and beyond.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Identify as female and not exceed the age of 20 by December 31, 2025.
- Have completed education at a public secondary institution.
- Attain a minimum JAMB score of 240 in the 2025 UTME. – Hold at least five distinctions (A1–B3) in WAEC or NECO.
