Requirements for Graduate Trainees – Accountants.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (for example, Excel for data analysis and formulae).
- Basic experience of accounting software (such as SAP or QuickBooks) is advantageous.
- Proactive, passionate, and eager to learn, with a solid work ethic.
- Basic numerical and analytical skills for detecting patterns and doing calculations.
