Job Summary
As an Investment Banking Trainee, you will join a dynamic team and get experience providing financial advising and investment banking services.
Our clients. This profession provides hands-on experience in investment banking, covering financial analysis, market research, client engagement, and deal execution. You will collaborate with senior team members on transactions to ensure our organization’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations.
- Conduct industry and business research to help deal creation and execution.
- Assist with due diligence by acquiring and analysing financial and operational data.
- Support senior team members during client meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with colleagues from several areas, including legal, compliance, and operations, to guarantee efficient transaction execution.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments impacting investment banking activity.
- Perform ad hoc activities and projects as assigned by the team.
Qualifications
- HND or Bsc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar discipline.
- 0 – 2 years of experience with a minimum of second class. Upper
- Strong analytical abilities and a high attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to operate well in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications.
- Prior internship or employment experience in finance, investment banking, or related industries is beneficial but not required.
- Demonstrates a proactive and self-motivated attitude towards learning and growth in investment banking.

- Good analytical skills and mindset with data.
- Capable of working effectively in a team with people from various backgrounds and expertise.
