Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced lawyer with at least three (3) years of post-call experience to join our team.
The ideal applicant will have extensive experience in corporate law, commercial practice, and litigation, as well as the ability to efficiently handle several matters and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent legal advice and representation to customers from various industries.
Handle litigation matters, including as pleadings, court appearances, and trial advocacy.
Ensure that corporate and commercial transactions meet all applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Create and sustain strong client connections through exceptional service performance.
Collaborate with other team members on complex legal concerns.
Keep up with changes in technology, law, and regulation that influence clients and the firm.
Create, examine, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned judgments on a variety of legal topics.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.

Qualifications/Requirements

A minimum of three (3) years post-call experience in an active law practice.
Strong litigation, corporate, and commercial law background.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including the ability to manage client relationships.
A proactive, problem-solving approach to legal matters.
Ability to work alone while also being a valuable team player.
Excellent legal research, analysis, and drafting skills.
Strong bargaining and lobbying skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic legal environment.

Salary Expection

N150,000-N200,000 per month.
