The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has reached a significant milestone in the annual recruitment process for the military by releasing the official list of qualified applicants who have been shortlisted to participate in the 2025 NAF Zonal Recruitment General Aptitude Test..
Officials from the National Air Force (NAF) issued a statement on Monday confirming that thousands of applicants who successfully completed the initial online registration and met the required criteria had been shortlisted for further consideration.
According to the Punch News, in a statement made on Wednesday by the Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, said the list has been published on the NAF recruitment portal and can be accessed at nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng.
The list is now made available to the general public and this marks the beginning of the subsequent step of screening, which is aimed at identifying young Nigerians who are competent for various non-commissioned positions inside the Airforce.
The officials in charge of public relations for the National Air Force have stated that the candidates who have been shortlisted are needed to check their names on the official NAF recruiting portal and take particular note of their test dates, examination centers, and any further instructions available.
All of the scheduled zonal centers around the country will be holding the aptitude test at the same time.

Date For The General Aptitude Test
The Aptitude Test is scheduled for 13 December 2025 at 15 designated centres nationwide, commencing at 0700hrs. All shortlisted applicants are advised to arrive early and must come with their acknowledgement slips and required writing materials, as these are compulsory for participation.

What to bring to the exam
It is strongly recommended that applicants attend at their respective centers early, and they are required to have the following items with them:
1. Pencil.
2. Eraser.
3. NAF Application Acknowledgment Card.
4. Two Passport Photographs duly signed by the applicant
In addition to reiterating that the recruitment process is entirely free of charge, the Nigerian Air Force cautions prospective employees to be wary of individuals or organizations that promise preferential treatment in exchange for monetary compensation.
