Job Description.
NoemDek is looking to fill a position with a young analyst who is both passionate and clever, and who has actual experience working with freight firms. This division specializes in providing services related to car leasing. It will be the responsibility of the ideal applicant to provide logistics support for all bids by forming partnerships with the right freight forwarding providers in order to get competitive price information.
Key responsibilities for Logistics Analyst
Logistics Support
- Track and report important functional parameters to minimize expenses and increase effectiveness.
- Onboard and manage vendors.
- Improve the inventory and logistics systems by providing updates and suggestions.
- Monitor and manage drivers.
- Fleet managementÂ
Admin Support: Vendor Registration
- Â Manage and supply registration documents and certificates for Public Sector – Sales.
- Identify and develop possible business possibilities while maintaining excellent connections with current and prospective clients.
- Oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales assessments and reports.
- Meet or surpass the annual sales objective.
Who can apply for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with up to two years of relevant experience in a logistics organization.
- A thorough understanding of procurement and logistical processes.
- Previous experience working for a vehicle leasing company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Typing speed: 60 words per minute.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and presenting abilities.
