Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal equipment reliability and performance.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams, including technicians and contractors.

Requirements for Maintenance & Planning Manager
- HND / BSc / B.Eng in Mechanical, Automobile, or related Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies and plans.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, such as reliability centered maintenance and total productive maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising maintenance teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as ERP, Dynamics 365, SAP, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
