About the National Mathematical Centre

The Federal Government of Nigeria founded the National Mathematical Centre Abuja on January 1, 1988, but Decree No. 40, which gave it legal status as a corporate organisation with perpetual succession and a common seal, was issued on December 12, 1989.

The Centre was established to develop international initiatives and resources to reawaken and sustain interest in the mathematical sciences at all levels in Nigeria and to address the dramatic decline in mathematical science teachers and specialists.

Job Title: Research Fellow II

Location: Abuja
Specialties: Physics, Statistics and Computer Science.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in relevant fields with (3) three years of cognate working experience.
They must possess the required scholarly publications as well as show evidence of NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificates.

Requirements
