Qualifications / Experience
- A Doctorate Degree in relevant discipline or A Master’s Degree with at least three (3) years teaching/research or industrial work experience with at least three (3) published journal articles as well as three (3) conference/seminar papers
- A Lecturer III with a MSc, and at least three (3) years satisfactory service on that grade, plus:

- A Doctorate Degree in the relevant field (s) from a recognized institution with at least nine (9) years teaching experience in a tertiary institution or a Master’s Degree plus at least twelve (12) years teaching experience in a tertiary institution.
- A Senior Lecturer with Ph.D Degree and a minimum of three years satisfactory service on that grade
- In addition to 1 and 2 above, the candidate should have:
- A total of seven (7) conference/seminar papers
- At least Seven (7) published Journal articles
- A contribution of five (5) chapters in a standard textbook of not less than ten (10) chapters, published not more than 4 years from the time of assessment.

- In addition to the above, the candidate should have:

- Ten (10) papers/articles published in reputable journals or article publication acceptance letter of not more than a year.
