About the Position:
- The After-Sales Support Executive will supervise mobile phone after-sales activities, ensuring the deliverance of efficient service, continuous process enhancement, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- The role encompasses overseeing the management of returned devices, directing technical support operations, providing training to partners, and ensuring sustainable practices in refurbishment and waste management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of returned devices—including diagnosis, quality assurance, repair, replacement, or recycling.
- Manage warranty claims and service requests, guaranteeing prompt and precise resolutions.
- Conduct an analysis of device return trends to determine underlying causes and reduce the occurrence of No Trouble Found (NTF) cases.
- Provide training and certification for partner personnel on product knowledge, troubleshooting procedures, and warranty processes.
- Develop and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for post-sales operations.
- Oversee process enhancement, automation, and reporting initiatives.
- Ensure precise documentation, including troubleshooting manuals and partner reports.
- Oversee vendor relationships related to refurbishment and waste disposal, assuring adherence to environmental regulations.
- Develop and deliver operational performance reports and analytical dashboards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in a technical after-sales position within the mobile phone industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in repair, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
- A data-driven approach with the capacity to recognise trends and derive insights.
- Exceptional skills in communication, organisation, and problem-solving.
- Dedicated, proactive, and highly efficient in customer engagement.
- Capability to operate autonomously and apply innovative thinking in dynamic environments.
