About the MTN Global Graduate Programme
MTN’s Global Graduate Development Program looks for, trains, and speeds up the best graduates from all around Africa and the Middle East.
The program gives outstanding people a special opportunity to move up quickly into important positions at MTN.
The MTN Graduate Development Programme includes both formal training through the MTN Academy and on-the-job training through full-time work and placement in a capacity that fits with the company’s goals.
The official part comprises classes at MTN’s three regional learning centres in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa.
These will incorporate integrated learning experiences like immersive metaphors, different digital and media channels, and links to social networking sites.
Graduates will get on-the-job training in MTN’s operating entities and through job rotation.
This will include on-the-job training, different kinds of contacts with the executive committees, mentoring, and coaching.
The MTN Graduate Development Programme gives top graduates a personalised development plan and a lot of work experience in a firm that has shaped and continues to shape this continent
Requirements for the MTN Global Graduate Programme:
- Must have graduated with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit by 2023.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in September 2025 with a valid certificate.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must possess a valid international passport.
