Program Description
The Graduate Trainee Program is a structured development initiative that offers young graduates practical experience, professional guidance, and exposure to important business tasks.
Trainees will work on actual business initiatives while receiving ongoing learning and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Take part in organized training programs in the classroom and on the work.
- Discover the systems, rules, operational methods, and products of PalmPay.
- Assist teams with daily operational and strategic duties
- Help with reporting, documentation, and data analysis
- Participate in projects for operational efficiency and process improvement.
- Complete the given individual and group projects.
- Perform research and provide stakeholders with conclusions or suggestions.
- When necessary, assist with internal projects, campaigns, and product launches.
- Take part in coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Show that you have a growth mentality, are flexible, and are always learning.
- Respect the ethical standards, culture, and values of PalmPay
Eligibility & Requirements:
Education
- A bachelor’s degree (second class upper minimum) in business, finance, economics, engineering, computer science, marketing, or a similar field from an accredited university is required.
Experience and other must-haves
- 0–2 years of employment experience after NYSC
- 27 years of age or younger at the time of application
- NYSC must have been finished at the time of application.
- must be a resident of Lagos, Nigeria

- Excellent professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail
