Job Role
- We’re seeking a creative performance marketing designer on our marketing team that can both design and strategize.
- You will be responsible for paid ad creative in both static and video forms, developing ideas from research to implementation.
- This isn’t just about creating assets; you’ll also help us establish creative methods that drive performance.
Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Design and create static and motion/video advertising for Meta, TikTok, Google, and Display.
- Convert campaign data and audience insights into creative concepts.
- Investigate competitive patterns and developing formats.
- Create, test, and iterate ad concepts to increase CTR, engagement, and conversions.
- Work with the performance marketing, copy, and brand teams to harmonize messaging and visuals.
- Maintain a scalable asset library while ensuring brand consistency.
Responsibilities of Performance Marketing Designer
What will you bring?
- Proven experience designing for paid media (portfolio required).
- Skills in graphic and motion design (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, etc.).
- A solid understanding of digital advertising and performance metrics.
- Ability to think strategically rather than simply implement briefs.
- Comfortable balancing of speed, quality, and exploration.
Requirements
- Experience with dynamic creative optimization and/or A/B testing.
- Experience with interactive or developing advertising formats.
- Background in performance-driven enterprises (e-commerce, fintech, applications, etc.).
Interview Procedure:
- Initial Chat with Talent Partner – (30 minutes)
- Technical Interview with Hiring Manager – 45 minutes.
- Creative test / task (e.g., brainstorm 2-3 ad concepts and mockups).
- Final Interview: (45 minutes)
- Interview with Hiring Team and Task Review Session (60 minutes)
