What is Puma Energy – Africa Graduate Program 2025

With the Puma Energy Africa Graduate Program, high-achieving recent graduates are given the opportunity to participate in a rotating experience that lasts for one year and is meant to expedite their learning and professional growth across fundamental aspects of our company.  Participants will get a strong foundation in the principles of our company by rotating through stations in the areas of Operations, Supply, Retail, and Terminals.  

Within Puma Energy, this program provides you with the opportunity to enhance your career and progress professionally in the future.

In Benin, Botswana, Congo, Eswatini, Ghana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, we are accepting applications from graduates who are talented, eager, and driven to participate in our Africa Graduate Program.

In addition to possessing a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or a related field, candidates who are eligible must be citizens or residents of the nation for which they are applying and have the legal right to work in that country.

Please be aware that this event is specific to the Africa Graduate Program, and that in order to sign up and finish your registration, our Human Resources Team will keep in touch with you on the subsequent stages once your profile has been shortlisted.
