SG Industrial FZE is a steel production firm based in the Guangdong Free Trade Zone in Ogun State, Nigeria.
It is a key industrial player that recently inked a gas supply arrangement with Shell Nigeria Gas Limited (SNG) to support its operations, demonstrating its importance in Nigeria’s expanding industrial and energy ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Able to work in any state of Nigeria
- Willing to be deployed by the company, and possess certain sales experience.
- Working Language: English
- Religious belief: not fixed
- Rest time: 4 days off per month. These business-travelling employees can take a consecutive 4-day leave to visit their families every month, but they need to return to the headquarters for meetings without any excuse to be absent.
Job Description:
- Collect market customer information
- Develop, maintain, and follow up with customers.
Salary and benefits:
Salaries are calculated based on monthly performance, as follows:
- If the performance is below 300 million Naira, the salary is 150,000 Naira
- The performance reached 300 million Naira, with a salary of 200,000 Naira
- The performance reached 400 million Naira, with a salary of 250,000 Naira
- The performance reached 500 million Naira, with a salary of 350,000 Naira
- The performance reached 600 million Naira, with a salary of 450,000 Naira
- The performance reached 700 million Naira, with a salary of 550,000 Naira
- The performance reached 800 million Naira, with a salary of 700,000 Naira
- The performance reached 900 million Naira, with a salary of 850,000 Naira
- The performance reached 1 billion Naira, and the salary was 1 million Naira
- For performance exceeding 1 billion Naira, the salary will increase by 200,000 Naira for every additional 100 million Naira in performance.
- If a salesperson fails to achieve a performance of 80 million for two consecutive months, they will resign automatically.
Subsidies for the business-travelling employees:
- The company provides accommodation, either in company-owned housing or local rentals.
- The transportation expenses are reimbursed on a case-by-case basis, and the salesperson needs to take photos on site and send them to their superiors.
