Job Role

We’re looking for a highly driven and experienced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team.  As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for growing our website’s exposure, organic traffic, and high-quality leads.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement SEO strategy, track performance, and keep up with industry trends.  If you are passionate about SEO and have a track record of providing results, we would want to hear from you.

This is a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities 

• Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to uncover high-potential keywords and phrases related to our industry, products, and intended audience.
• On-Page SEO Optimisation: Improve search engine results and user experience by optimising website content, meta tags, headers, and internal links.
• Off-Page SEO: Create and implement effective off-page SEO techniques, such as link building initiatives, to boost domain authority and online exposure.
• Technical SEO entails doing technical audits and resolving issues that affect website performance, such as page speed, mobile usability, and crawlability.  We also value an in-depth understanding of redirect and site migration tactics.
• Content strategy:  Collaborate with content creators to create SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, infographics, and landing pages.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor SEO efforts, discover opportunities, and offer steps to stay ahead of the market.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use Google Analytics and SEO software to track and analyse website traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.  Create regular reports that offer actionable insights.
• Algorithm Updates: Stay up to date on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with UX and CRO teams to guarantee a consistent user experience and maximise conversions from organic traffic.
• You’ll have an advantage if you have the following skills or have previously used any of the tools listed.

 Qualifications for SEO Specialist

•  Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably within the SaaS business.
•  Deep understanding of SEO tools and software (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
•  Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimisation approaches.
•  Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to turn data into practical insights.
•  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
•  Google Analytics and Google Search Console expertise.
•  Experience with content management systems (such as WordPress).
•  Preferred qualifications:
•  Google Analytics or SEO certifications.
•  Experience with global SEO and multilingual websites.
•  Understanding of paid search (PPC) and social media advertising.
•  Understanding of the SaaS business model and software product marketing.
