Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a resident or indigene of Oyo State.
- Must be a student of any recognised institution in Nigeria.
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
Submission Requirements:
- Essays must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or.docx).
- Language: English • Word count: 1,000-1,500 words (excluding references/bibliography).
- Use Times New Roman font in size 12 and double-spaced lines.
- Please include your full name, phone number, and email address.
- Provide acceptable documentation of student status and residency in Oyo State.
- Participants are expected to rigorously follow the general norms and standards.
Prizes and Award Recognition:
- First prize is ₦1,000,000.
- Second prize: ₦500,000.
- Third prize: ₦250,000.
OID Global will additionally finance outstanding top 50 participants’ Leadership Academy training and provide an official diploma.
Judging Criteria:
Submissions will be evaluated based on originality, inventiveness, structure, understanding of the issue, depth of research, and use of real-life examples, particularly from ongoing or finished initiatives in Oyo State.
Candidates should answer the question as precisely and directly as feasible. The use of AI or plagiarism is absolutely prohibited and will result in instant disqualification.
