Job Role:
Sun King is currently seeking a Zonal Store Manager who will collaborate closely with Sun King shop executives and make sure that the Sun King stores in the country are achieving their overarching performance goals, not just in terms of number but also in terms of quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Shop Identification: Make sure the store is in a good spot and meets Sun King’s selling standards.
- Purchasing and Setting up – Find suppliers for all the tools you need and oversee its installation
- Training: Make sure that Sun King Shop Executives know how to run the shop and can do things like repairs, replacements, and spare parts.
- Inventory management: Make sure that every shop has a record of its tools, spare parts, stock, and marketing materials.
- Repairs Management: Make sure that the Service Centers have all the repair tools and toolkits they need; make sure that safety rules are followed to avoid dangers at the bench; and make sure that Occupational Safety and Health standards are met.
- Reporting: Make notes and turn them in when asked.
- Payments: Make sure that all store-related payments are handled on time.
Qualifications/Requirements
- An HND or BSC from a recognized school in business management, sales, or a related field.
- At least four years of work experience in office or stock management
- Is able to work well with people from different departments in different places
- Excellent written and spoken contact skills; speaks and writes English fluently; likes to travel a lot.
- Should be able to adapt, be ready to push themselves, and aim for more than what is expected of them.
